Full Benefit of the NBC Technical Training Programme
Successful candidates will enjoy a monthly stipend for the entire duration of the program. The trainees are admitted into the NBC Supply Chain Academy located in our Ikeja Plant, Lagos, and will be exposed to both classroom and on-the-job training in NBC’s state-of-the-art Bottling Plants across the country.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees will receive an internal certificate of participation and may be offered permanent employment as Technicians or operators with the company.
The NBC Industrial Departments
Successfully selected candidates will undergo intensive training in the following areas:
- Basic Bottling Process
- Industrial Mechatronics
- Automation and Process Control Engineering
- Logistics Operations
- Manufacturing Excellence Tools
- Utility Maintenance and Operations
- Quality and Laboratory Processes
- Leadership and Team Management
NOTE: The initiative of NBC’s Corporate social responsibility which provides opportunities for Temporary employees to become part of the NBC system.
Eligibility Entry Requirements
Candidates must possess the following qualifications among others:
1. A minimum of Upper Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND)/HND OR Second Class Lower (B.Sc) in any of the following fields or areas of disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Production and Materials Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Laboratory Sciences
- Microbiology
2. Interested candidates should be open to staying in Lagos during the first few months for the training and be willing to work in any part of the country where our plants are located.
