The NNPC/Shell SheCan Skill Acquisition Programme aims to train selected individuals in critical skill sets required to improve their economic lives and provide them with self-sufficiency.
The training, which is sponsored by other top companies such as Wema Bank, provides in-demand entrepreneurial skills to selected individuals.

Requirements for Participation in the NNPC/Shell SheCan Skill Acquisition Program
To be considered for the training, you must:
- Be a Nigerian Youth
- Be a woman
