The Heineken Management Trainee Program includes rotation through the Finance department’s functions. Each function will assign you a specific task to ensure that joiners have access to a variety of learning and development opportunities.
The program is designed to provide you with early responsibility, preparing you to hit the ground running. A portion of your time will be devoted to job-specific training to ensure that you have all of the skills required as an employee in our company. You will receive regular feedback and instruction from our expert coaches.
