This is a permanent position supported by a two-year skills training program designed specifically for the development of future leaders. By the end of 2022, applicants must have completed at least their undergraduate degree or its equivalent.
About Vodacom Discover Graduate Program
The Vodacom Internship program is a 12-month fixed-term contract that provides work experience and is supported by a carefully designed training program. It allows you to gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, network with professionals in the field, and earn money all while earning a living. This is our pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or into permanent positions as opportunities arise. Applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree or its equivalent by the end of 2022.
The Programme provides graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the Vodacom business, including mentorship and coaching, as well as on-the-job training, all while earning a full salary and enjoying all of the benefits of a full-time employee. After two years, you will move into a destination role within the organization. Following Discover, you will be able to apply for an international assignment that will take you outside of your comfort zone and allow you to develop your expertise and leadership skills.

Programme Requirements
- Must have less than 2 years of working experience post studies.
- Must be 26 years old or younger.
- South African Citizens by Birth/Naturalisation, however, citizens of DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
- Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems/Information Technology
