Job Title: Personal Assistant on Sales

Employer: Grace View Homes and Properties Limited

Salary: N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing innovative real estate marketing strategies to deliver the company’s profit and sales target.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors and channel partners.
  • Achieve Sales projections for the company.
  • Communicate effectively through presentations and real estate marketing analysis on the profitability of investment to potential clients.
  • Optimize the use of social media/LinkedIn for potential client sourcing.
  • Carry out surveys to identify potential audiences and convert them to paying clients using effective marketing strategies.



Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc / BA in any field.
  • It must be a Female.
  • Must have 3 – 5 years of work experience in real estate marketing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
  • Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.



  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales track record.
  • Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team
  • Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • Communication & problem-solving skills.
