MyscholarshipNG to help individuals benefit from opportunities all around the world will be carrying out free scholarship registrations for Nigeria Undergraduates and graduates on the following ongoing scholarships available for Nigerians; Federal Government Scholarships and NNPC/Agip Scholarship for Graduates.

These two scholarships have their eligibility criteria, carefully go through the instructions, and thereafter fill out the form provided accurately.

Federal Government Scholarships

The Federal Government Scholarship is for Undergraduates, Postgraduates, NCE, ND, and HND students studying in Nigeria.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants for Postgraduate studies should possess a minimum of a first degree with the Second Class Honours Division. Applicant must be a registered Full-Time student of Federal or State Universities.
• All other applicants (Undergraduates, HND & NCE) must be registered full-time students in their second year or above in Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics, and Colleges of Education. All undergraduate Scholarship applicants (Physically challenged inclusive) must have at least 4.0 Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) on a five (5) point scale or its equivalents or 5.0 on a 7-point scale.
• All NCE and HND applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a scale of 4.0

Consideration is also made to candidates who have a CGPA of 3.5 and above in Universities.

Required Documents

Before you begin your application, ensure you take a clear photograph or screenshot of the following documents:

• Passport (A photograph of yourself from head to chest)
• Student Identity Card
• Letter of Admission to your current institution

Steps to Apply

This is the simple step-by-step process to apply for the Federal Government Scholarship:

• Firstly, Click on the FSB application portal.
• Fill in all the required information
• Enter a valid email address
• Enter a password you can remember
• Click on Register
• Log in to your application dashboard using your email address and password
• Fill in the required details correctly
• Upload the required documents.
• Selected your preferred CBT center (Choose the center location nearest to you).
• Submit

NNPC/Agip (NNPC/NAE) Scholarship for Graduates

The NNPC/NAE 2022/2023 Post Graduate Scholarship Award Scheme is for Nigeria Graduates. This scholarship is of two categories:

1. Overseas – To study in a reputable overseas university

2. Local – To study in a recognized Nigerian university

Interested and qualified candidates can apply for both categories but you will only be shortlisted under one category.

The application deadline is 3 June 2022. (Candidates Must Apply Before Midnight)

Eligibility For NNPC/NAE Scholarship

1. Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Nigerian university.

2. Have secured admission into a Nigerian or Overseas university (based on the category being applied for) for a one-year Master’s Degree programme in any of the disciplines listed below.

3. Not above 28 years of age by December 31st, 2022.

4. Have completed the one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.

5. Possess an international passport valid for travel for at least one year from September 2022 (applicable to overseas category).

Course of Study

Only candidates with an offer of admission in disciplines related to the following areas should apply;

• Geosciences

• Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Subsea, Electrical/Electronics, Marine, Chemical)

• Petroleum Economics

• Law (Oil and Gas/Petroleum)

Required Documents

1. Candidates are to make available the following Documents:

a. Passport photograph (450 × 450 pixels) with white background, not more than 3 months old

b. Provisional admission letter for post-graduate studies 2022/2023 session into any reputable university – Local/Overseas. This admission letter must be for the course stated on the candidate’s application.

c. First Degree Certificate

d. NYSC Discharge Certificate

e. Valid ID card (Driver’s license, Voter’s card, National Identity card)

f. Valid International Passport Data Page for Overseas category only (Valid for travel at least one year from September 2022)

g. Birth Certificate from Local government

h. NAE Compliance Declaration Form

2. All candidates are required to fill out and sign the NAE compliance declaration form. To download the NAE compliance declaration, click here.

3. Label the scanned documents accordingly, to avoid mix-ups during upload.

4. Attach the right documents in the appropriate upload section.

Step by Step Application Procedure

Click on the “Apply Now” tab.

2. Click on “Register Now” to create an account.

3. Proceed to your email box to activate your account

4. Click on www.Scholastica.ng to return to the Scholarship site

5. Enter your registered email and password to create your profile.

6. Candidates are required to fill the Personal Details, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Sections only. Candidates are also required to upload only applicable documents (refer to section A).

Note to Overseas category applicants: Applicants for the Overseas category are encouraged to also apply for the Local Post Graduate Scholarship Award.

7. Candidates are not required to fill out the Secondary Level, Bank details, or download the undergraduate profile verification form in the application portal.

8. Ensure the name used in the application matches the names on all documentation in the same order. Upload an affidavit or certificate if otherwise.

9. Ensure you view all documents after uploading, to eliminate errors during uploading.

10. Recheck application information to avoid errors

11. Click “Apply Now” to submit information or return to the home page www.Scholastica.ng and select the 2022/2023 NAE Postgraduate Scholarship Awards to be redirected to the application page

12. You will receive an email that confirms your application was successful.
