USA Scholarship: Application is open for the 2023 Bill Gates Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Students in the USA. The Bill Gates Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship for undergraduates in the USA.
The Gates Scholarship (TGS) is a last-dollar scholarship for outstanding minority high school seniors from low-income families. Each year, the scholarship is given to exceptional student leaders in order to help them reach their full potential.
About the Bill Gates Scholarship
Starting in 2018, the Gates Scholarship will fund 300 students per year, for a total of 3,000 students over the course of the program. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s long-standing commitment to assisting outstanding minority students from low-income backgrounds is continued with the launch of this program in 2017. This prestigious scholarship program is based on evidence that a last-dollar scholarship can enable high-potential, low-income minority students to excel in their course work by removing financial barriers to college.
