Carrington Youth Entrepreneurship Fellowship (CYFI)
Applications are being accepted from suitably qualified applicants for the Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative Entrepreneurship Program 2023, which aims to provide student entrepreneurs in tertiary institutions with the skills, knowledge, and network they need to adapt to a changing business environment, innovate, and scale their businesses in order to promote youth employment and economic growth.
About CYFI
The Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative, or CYFI, is a vibrant youth-based organization started by the United States Consulate General in Lagos in 2011. The program’s goal is to provide our members and young Nigerians with proactive involvement, training, cooperation, and networking opportunities that promote career growth, organization building, and active citizenship.

Eligibility Requirement for CYFI
Applicants must be a/an:
- Students in tertiary institutions
- Not more than 18 – 35 years
- Available to commit 3-4 hours weekly to the program from August to November
- Available to students in tertiary institutions in Lagos State only
