About The Western Union Foundation Fellowship
The program includes both virtual and in-person components, allowing participants to benefit from the global cohort while also focusing on making a local impact in their communities. Impact Series, workshops, and weekly check-ins are all part of the virtual programming. Local Fellow-led Basecamps and a Fellows-led meetup are examples of in-person programming.

$25,000 in seed funding will be distributed among the Western Union Foundation Fellows based on progress and impact throughout the Fellowship.

Requirements for Western Union Foundation Fellowship
Interested applicants for the Fellowship programme 2023 must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Entrepreneurs and community leaders who are from and working with highly marginalized, refugee, and forcibly displaced communities around the globe.
- Ideal applicants will join with relevant social impact and leadership experiences with proven experience of building community development projects within these communities.
- Applicants must be able to commit to being part of the 16-week program.
